VENCO Heat Recovery Ventilation Units (VHR) are designed for saving energy and also improving indoor air quality. VHR units provide ventilation for several applications (residential, commercial and industrial areas) by using aluminum plate type exchangers, recovering heat from air to air. The heat is effectively transferred from warm to cold air by the exchangers with high conductivity, efficiency and performance. Thanks to the plate heat exchangers used in VHR units, they provide great convenience and a wide range of applications in domestic, commercial and industrial air conditioning and ventilation systems. Aluminum plate heat exchangers with high conductivity and efficiency ensure efficient heat exchange between hot and cold air flows. This ventilation system with heat recovery makes the supply of fresh air from the outside and extracts the vitiated air from inside. The recovery of a large amount of thermal energy is achieved through the rotary heat exchanger, which is incorporated in the ventilation plant with heat recovery. The rotary heat exchanger offers 25% more efficiency than an aluminum plate heat exchanger. Heat from the exhaust air is transferred to the intake air, so it is not necessary to use another additional system to heat the air temperature inside. Heat exchanger rotary helps maintain the necessary humidity create comfort conditions and offers high thermal conductivity, efficiency and high performance. The VHR ER heat recovery ventilation system is designed to save energy and also to improve indoor air quality.
